P h o t o    R e n d e r i n g - Cost effective visual marketing aids
Whether you are building a new property or upgrading an existing one, photo renderings are an invaluable tool.
Photo renderings can communicate a proposed project or illustrate one in progress.

In this example the developer needed to visually present how the shopping center would look with Best Buy taking over the current Bed Bath & Beyond space.

Apart from additional external features such as awnings and signage that were to be added, the current roof was to be upgraded as well.
Trying to sell a property that is yet to be finished and also in Winter gloom can be an uphill battle. The simple solution for the developer of this newly constructed Catskill Mountains home was to have us illustrate what it would look like in mid Summer after the landscaping had been completed.

The town of Cold Spring NY is considering buidling a new fire house.

Following a thumbnail sketch from the local Fire Chief the proposed buidling is to utilize similar brick color to the surrounding structures, have 4 truck bays within a flat roof two story structure sited on the land to the left.

We brought in the bell from the exisiting fire house down on Main St. and added a likely entryway and landscaping.

This shopping plaza is due for a major face lift in order to attract new tenants. The task was to illustrate a completely new look with new materials on its exterior without calling for any structural changes.

The brown brick work was replaced with gray stone and the worn canvas awnings were replaced with standing seam canopies, the parking lot was "repaved" and marked, landscaping was greened and a blue sky was added as well.

This commercial property in the Bronx is undergoing extensive structural renovations.

The building will be enlarged to encompass more retail floor space and will have larger windows on the second floor, an additional entryway with an escalator at ground level and modernized to achieve an updated look.
